PAUT 16/128 PHASED ARRAY BEAMFORMER
This « state of the art » beamformer features 16 active channels, multiplexing over 128 elements, 100 MHz sampling per channel, 16-bit A-scan and many other advanced features.
High Performance Pulser and Receiver
The square-wave pulsers are running at 200 Volts peak-to-peak and feature a special circuitry to maximize the transfer of piezoelectric energy. With this Phased Array solution, you can measure even deeper at a better resolution. The receiver has an analog gain up to 92 dB. Tough applications near the background noise level are easier with our PAUT solution.

Advanced Beamforming
Each beam signal (A-scan) can be calibrated with Static Focusing (SPAF), Dynamic Focusing on Reception (DFR), Distance-Amplitude Correction (DAC), Time-Corrected Gain (TCG), and Angle-Corrected Gain (ACG).
Multiplexed and Multitasks
The 16 active channels are multiplexed on on array of up to 128 probe elements. Phased array can be used for very wide linear scans (L-scan) or to connect multiple probes for faster inspections. Time-of-flight diffraction (TOFD) is also available on the cartridge.
Encoded
The pulsing and data acquisition can be running at fixed PRF or triggered by position with 1 or 2 quadrature encoders.
